Investing in your healing
I work primarily as a private-pay trauma therapist. That means I'm not on insurance panels: you pay for sessions directly, rather than going through your insurance company. In practice, that means no diagnosis required to justify treatment to an insurer, no limit on how many sessions you can have, and a treatment plan built entirely around your goals, not just what a claims department will approve.

Processing deep emotional material takes time to do safely. A 90-minute session gives us the room to open something up and bring you back to a grounded place before we close — which often means better outcomes in fewer total sessions than a standard 50-minute hour allows.

While most of my clients pay out-of-pocket, I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If you'd rather not deal with the paperwork yourself, I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that submits and follows up on claims for you. See if you qualify.
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, refunded in full if a claim isn't successfully submitted.

I hold a limited number of sliding-scale and in-network spots, prioritized for Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients, to keep care accessible without compromising quality.
