I offer trauma and PTSD treatment for women ready to do more than talk about what happened. Using Brainspotting, EMDR, and CPT, we get to the root, while moving at a pace your nervous system can handle.
Does this sound familiar?
You feel stuck, even after years of talk therapy
You don't know how to trust again — yourself or anyone else
There are gaps in your memory, or moments you feel checked out from your own life
Anxiety and depression feel constant, like your body never fully can relax
Relationships feel hard to hold onto — trust, closeness, moving forward after a breakup or divorce
How we
get there
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a body-based approach that works with where trauma is stored in your nervous system, not just what you remember about it. By using a specific eye position paired with focused attention, Brainspotting helps unlock and process trauma at a level that talking alone often can't reach.
EMDR
Using guided eye movements, we help your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their charge and stop feeling as overwhelming. EMDR is of the most researched trauma therapies available, and often a powerful entry point into deeper work.
CPT
Trauma often leaves behind beliefs that don't belong to you — shame, self-blame, guilt. CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) helps you identify and untangle those beliefs directly, often alongside Brainspotting or EMDR.
Trauma doesn’t just live in your thoughts— it lives in your body and your nervous system. My work reflects that.
Goal Focused
You shouldn't have to be in therapy for years to feel real change. From our first sessions, we get clear on what you're working toward, and you'll leave with tools you can use right away and keep using long after.
Body Based
Trauma often stays stuck in the body long after you've told the story a hundred times. My work goes deeper, using approaches like Brainspotting and EMDR to help your nervous system actually process what happened.
Deep Work & Presence
Trauma work asks a lot of you. I stay fully present with you through it, holding space for whatever comes up, so you don't have to carry it alone.
Trauma doesn't always fade with time alone. It needs the right approach.
If years of talk therapy haven't worked, Brainspotting and EMDR work differently. Reach out and we’ll explore how.
